Waalaxy alternative

A Waalaxy alternative that starts from buyer intent

Waalaxy is a popular tool for running LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to lists you build. ClientoraHQ works the other way round: it finds people who have just posted that they need your service, then writes a message about what they said. Here's an honest comparison, including when Waalaxy is the better pick.

ClientoraHQ Review: buyer-intent leads scored 0–100 and replies drafted, waiting for your approval.

Two different ways to find clients

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn outreach tool. You import prospects — from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite, or from people who reacted to a post, joined a group or attended an event — and run campaigns of invitations and follow-ups. Its Business plan adds cold email sequences, so one campaign can run on LinkedIn and email. It comes with ready-made sequences, CRM sync and team features.

ClientoraHQ starts one step earlier. Instead of a list of job titles, it looks for people who have written that they need a service — "looking for a web developer", "need help with our app" — on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook groups. The AI scores each post from 0 to 100, contacts only 70+, and writes a comment and DM about what that person actually said. It also finds local businesses without a website and Fiverr and Upwork projects.

When Waalaxy is the better pick

  • You work on a Mac or Linux. ClientoraHQ's desktop app is Windows only.
  • You already know exactly who to target — a job title, an industry, a Sales Navigator search — and want to run campaigns to that list at volume.
  • You need team features and integrations: shared workspaces, CRM sync, Zapier or Make.
  • You'd rather pay monthly and start with a free trial instead of a one-time licence.

When ClientoraHQ fits better

  • You want people who asked, not people who match a filter. A comment on a post that says "we need a developer" is a warmer start than an invitation to someone who never asked.
  • Your buyers aren't only on LinkedIn. Instagram, Facebook groups, local businesses without a website and Fiverr and Upwork projects are in the same desk.
  • You want every message written for the person — and the conversation handled. Replies are read and answered, follow-ups go out on day 3, 7 and 14, and when someone asks about price or a call, the AI hands it to you.
  • You'd rather pay once. $400 one time, no subscription; the only running cost is your own Claude API usage.
  • You pitch Pakistani businesses. The AI can write in Roman Urdu.

Questions people ask

Is ClientoraHQ a replacement for Waalaxy?

Not one-for-one. Waalaxy is built for LinkedIn and email campaigns to lists you import from LinkedIn search or Sales Navigator. ClientoraHQ is built to find people who have posted that they need your service — on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook groups — plus local businesses without a website and Fiverr and Upwork projects. Some people use both.

Does Waalaxy have a free plan?

On 13 October 2026 their pricing page listed three paid plans, each with a 14-day free trial; it did not list a free plan. Check waalaxy.com/pricing for the current offer.

Does ClientoraHQ work on a Mac?

Not today. The ClientoraHQ desktop app is Windows 10 and 11 only. If you work on a Mac, a browser-based tool such as Waalaxy will suit you better for now.

How much does ClientoraHQ cost compared with Waalaxy?

ClientoraHQ is $400 one time for the desktop licence, plus your own Claude API usage, which Anthropic bills by use. Waalaxy listed plans from €19 per user per month on 13 October 2026. A one-time price suits you if you plan to use the tool for a long time; a monthly plan suits you if you want to start small or stop anytime.

Can I try ClientoraHQ first?

Yes — a 14-day trial for $25, set up for your niche. If you buy, the $25 is deducted from the price. Ask through the contact form.
