AI lead generation for agencies
AI lead generation for agencies
Give your agency a pipeline that fills itself. ClientoraHQ finds companies asking for your services and local businesses that need them, scores every lead, writes the outreach and follow-ups — and only calls you in when someone wants a price or a meeting.

Agencies don't run out of skill. They run out of pipeline.
Most small agencies live from referral to referral. When the projects are flowing, nobody has time to prospect; when they dry up, everyone scrambles. Paid lead lists are stale, cold email to scraped addresses burns your domain, and a junior on LinkedIn all day costs a salary.
ClientoraHQ keeps the top of your funnel moving every day, whether your team is busy or not. It looks for two kinds of client: people who say they need you, and businesses that obviously do.
Two sources of agency leads, one desk
Buyer-intent posts
Founders and managers on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook groups asking for a developer, an agency, a chatbot or a new website — found with the words buyers use.
Local businesses
Pick a business type and a city: see who has no website, and get an honest audit (speed, mobile, HTTPS, SEO) of the sites that are slow or dated.
One scored pipeline
Every lead lands in the same Pipeline, rated Hot, Warm or Cold with a 0–100 score and the reason, so your daily limits go to the best leads first.

Outreach that is personal at volume
Agency outreach usually fails one of two ways: it is personal and slow, or fast and generic. ClientoraHQ writes each first message from what that lead actually said or what their website actually shows, using one of six approaches — a free mini-audit, a quick question, proof, a compliment plus an idea, a direct offer or a free resource. Every draft goes through strict guard checks, and the reply-rate report shows which approach works for your niche so you do more of it.
Only leads that score 70 or more are contacted. For Pakistani businesses, messages can be written in Roman Urdu.
Follow-ups and replies, without an SDR
- First message by email or DM, approved by you in Safe mode or sent by Auto-pilot within your limits.
- Follow-ups on day 3, 7 and 14, each with a new angle — stopped the moment the lead replies.
- Replies read and answered across email, LinkedIn and Instagram: questions answered, "later" remembered, "no thanks" closed politely. Out-of-office emails are ignored.
- Handed to you when they ask about price, want a call or are ready to start — with a notification and three ready replies. Cal.com and Calendly bookings move the lead to Meeting on their own.

Safe for the accounts your agency depends on
Your agency's LinkedIn page and inbox are assets. ClientoraHQ works through a Chrome extension in your own logged-in browser — it never asks for passwords — and moves at a human pace, with minutes between actions and daily limits per platform. On Fiverr and Upwork, where bots are banned, it only writes; a person pastes. WhatsApp messages are drafted by the AI but always sent by you.
Pricing: $400 one time for the desktop licence, or a 14-day trial for $25, deducted if you buy. Monthly plans on the web platform start at $5 (coming soon). Prefer to try free first? Run a prospect's site through the Website Audit Checker.
Questions people ask
Can several people on my team use it?
The desktop licence runs on one Windows PC, in the Chrome profile that is logged in to your agency's accounts. Tell us how your team works through the contact form and we'll suggest a setup.
Will it send messages from our accounts without us?
Only if you switch on Auto-pilot. Then emails and first DMs go out a few an hour, to Hot and Warm leads only, inside your active hours and daily limits. In Safe mode nothing is sent until someone approves it. Prices, deals and WhatsApp always wait for a person.
Which agencies is it built for?
Web design and development, marketing, SEO and AI automation agencies — anyone whose clients post publicly that they need help, or are local businesses with no website or a weak one.
Does it work outside Pakistan?
Yes. You set the service, the type of client and the cities or countries; it searches anywhere. For Pakistani businesses the AI can write in Roman Urdu.
What does it cost?
$400 one time for the desktop licence (open to discussion), or a 14-day trial for $25 that is deducted if you buy. Monthly web plans from $5 are coming soon.
Next step
Tell us your service and who you want as a client
Send a message with the contact form. We reply by email, usually within one working day — with the price, the 14-day trial ($25, deducted if you buy) or a short look at the app working for your niche.
