Local business lead finder
Find local businesses without a website
Choose a business type and a city. ClientoraHQ lists the businesses with no website, audits the ones whose site is slow or dated, and writes an honest pitch for each — you approve before anything is sent.

The easiest website client is the one who has no website
A dentist, a bakery or a plumber with no website is losing customers to the competitor who shows up on Google. For a web designer that is the clearest pitch there is — if you can find them. Doing it by hand means hours on map listings, checking each business one by one and keeping a spreadsheet of who you already called.
We wrote up that manual method in a free step-by-step guide. This page is about the tool that does it for you.
How the Local Biz finder works
- Choose a business type and a city — 40+ types, from doctors and clinics to restaurants, salons and builders, in any city or country.
- Get the list. Up to about 150 businesses per search, from OpenStreetMap open data, split into No website and With website.
- Weak websites get audited along the way — speed, mobile, HTTPS, SEO and whether the site looks outdated — strengths first, then what to fix.
- Every business is scored for priority, with a suggested offer, the phone number and any email or WhatsApp number published on their own website.
- Pitch and track. The AI drafts the message; you approve it, copy the phone number for a call, or mark the business as contacted so nobody is pitched twice.
It can also run on its own: one new search every day, so the list keeps growing while you work.
An honest pitch, not a scary one
"Your website is terrible" never wins a client. For businesses with a site, the audit leads with what already works, then two or three real issues and why they matter to the owner's customers — the same approach as our website-audit cold email template. For businesses with no site, the message offers a simple website by phone or email.
Leads are scored from 0 to 100 and only those at 70 or more are contacted. Pitching a Pakistani business? The AI can write the message in Roman Urdu, which reads far more naturally on WhatsApp than formal English.

Careful by design
Open data only
Businesses come from OpenStreetMap. Nothing is scraped from behind a login.
Their own contact details
Email goes only to an address the business published itself, after you approve, with an unsubscribe line.
Local rules respected
In the UK only Ltd and Limited companies are emailed (sole traders legally need consent); Canada requires a postal address in Settings.
WhatsApp stays yours
The AI writes the WhatsApp message; you press Send, so your number is never at risk.
Part of a full client finder
Local Biz is one of the ways ClientoraHQ brings you work. The same app finds people posting on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook groups that they need a website, and handles follow-ups and replies — handing you the conversation when someone asks about price or wants a call. It is a Windows app with a Chrome extension in your own browser: $400 one time, or a 14-day trial for $25, deducted if you buy.

Questions people ask
Where does the business list come from?
From OpenStreetMap, the free open map data. That keeps it legal and free to use, and it covers any city in the world.
Is 'no website' always right?
It is what the map listing says. Sometimes a site exists but isn't listed, so each card has a Look up on Google button — check before you email or call.
Will it email businesses automatically?
Only to an email address the business published itself, only after you approve (or within your Auto-pilot limits), and always with an unsubscribe line. In the UK only limited companies are emailed, because sole traders need consent first.
Can I do this without the app?
Yes — our free guide How to find local businesses without a website shows the manual method step by step. The app does the same work in minutes and keeps track of who you contacted.
What does it cost?
The desktop licence is $400 one time, with a 14-day trial for $25 that is deducted if you buy. Ask through the contact form.
