Follow-up Planner

Most replies come after a follow-up, and most people never send one. Enter when you sent the first message and on which channel, and get the dates to follow up, a short message for each step and reminders for your calendar.

How many follow-ups, and when

On email, three short follow-ups — about 3, 7 and 14 days after the first message — catch the people who were busy, without becoming a nuisance. On LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp, one polite follow-up after about a week is enough: those are personal inboxes, and more feels like pressure. Stop as soon as they reply, either way.

What makes a good follow-up

  • Short — two or three lines, not the first email again.
  • Something new — a tip, an example or a simpler question.
  • An easy way out — "not a priority right now?" gets more honest replies than pressure.

Frequently asked questions

Why fewer follow-ups on WhatsApp and LinkedIn?

Those messages arrive on someone's phone among friends and family. One reminder is helpful; several look like spam and can get your account limited.

How do the calendar reminders work?

"Download reminders" saves an .ics file. Open it and your calendar (Google, Outlook or Apple) adds an all-day reminder on each follow-up date, with the message to send.

Is it free?

Yes — it runs in your browser, with no limit and no sign-up. ClientoraHQ does this automatically for every lead and stops the moment someone replies.
