Email Permutator

Know the person and their company but not their email? Type the name and the domain to get every common work-email pattern, the most likely first — then check them with the Email Verifier.

How companies build work email addresses

Most companies pick one pattern and use it for everyone. The most common are first@domain in small businesses and first.last@domain in bigger ones, followed by flast@, firstlast@ and first.l@. If you know one colleague's address, use the same pattern for everyone else at that company.

How to use the list

  1. Generate the patterns for the person you want to reach.
  2. Paste the top few into the Email Verifier to drop the ones whose domain can't receive mail.
  3. Look for the pattern on the company's website, a press release or an email signature to confirm it.

Frequently asked questions

Will it tell me which address is the real one?

No tool can say that for certain without emailing the person. The list is ranked by how often companies use each pattern, so the first few are your best bets.

Is it free?

Yes — it runs in your browser, with no limit and no sign-up. Nothing you type leaves your computer.

Is it OK to email someone this way?

Business emails to a work address about something relevant to their job are normal B2B outreach in most countries. Keep it personal, say who you are, and stop if they ask.
