Email Verifier

Paste up to 10 addresses to see which will bounce before you send. It checks the format, whether the domain has a working mail server, and flags disposable inboxes, role addresses and typos.

One per line, or separated by commas — up to 10 per check.

Why verify an email before you send

Every bounce tells your email provider that you send to addresses you don't know, and a few bounces in a cold campaign can push your next emails into spam. Checking the address first takes seconds and protects your sending reputation.

What the verifier checks

  • Format — the address is written the way email addresses must be.
  • Mail server (MX) — the domain is set up to receive email. No mail server means a certain bounce.
  • Typos — common slips like gmial.com or hotmial.com.
  • Disposable inboxes — temporary addresses that disappear after a few minutes.
  • Role addresses — info@, sales@, support@: deliverable, but they rarely reach the person who decides.

Frequently asked questions

Does it check that the exact mailbox exists?

No. Probing a mailbox over SMTP gets the checking server blocklisted, and many servers say "yes" to every address anyway. The verifier tells you whether the domain can receive mail and whether the address looks risky, which catches most bounces.

Is anything I paste stored?

No. The addresses are checked and the result is shown to you; nothing is saved.

Is it free?

3 checks free with no sign-up (up to 10 addresses each); unlimited with ClientoraHQ Tools Pro. Need the address first? Try the Email Permutator.
